Labigenix LLC ("Labigenix," "we," "us," or "our") respects the privacy of the businesses and professionals who visit labigenix.com. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to information collected through labigenix.com (the "Site"). It does not apply to information you provide to us outside the Site — for example, under an executed supply, quality, or confidentiality agreement — which is governed by the terms of those agreements.
The Site is intended for business-to-business use by distributors, pharmacy groups, healthcare brands, and manufacturing partners. It is not intended for use by patients or consumers seeking medical treatment or products for personal use.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide to us
When you submit the inquiry form on the Site, we collect:
- Full name — required, so we know who we are speaking with.
- Work email address — required, so we can respond.
- Company name — required, so we can assess the business fit.
- Product category of interest — the option you select from the dropdown.
- Message — optional free text, and any information you choose to include in it.
We ask that you not include confidential, proprietary, or trade-secret information, personal health information, or any personal data about third parties in the message field. A website form is not a secure channel for confidential material. If a discussion warrants confidentiality, we will put an appropriate agreement in place first.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site or submit the form, our infrastructure provider records limited technical information for security, abuse prevention, and reliability:
- IP address and approximate country of origin
- Browser type and user-agent string
- Date and time of the request, and the page requested
We store the IP address, country, browser user-agent, and submission timestamp alongside each inquiry so that we can investigate abuse of the form.
Bot protection
The inquiry form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated traffic. Turnstile analyzes browser characteristics and may set a token in your browser for this purpose. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. 3. How we use information
We use the information described above to:
- Respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it;
- Evaluate a potential commercial relationship, including capability and feasibility review;
- Maintain a record of business inquiries we have received and how they were handled;
- Protect the Site against spam, fraud, and abuse;
- Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use inquiry-form data to build advertising profiles, and we do not add you to a marketing mailing list on the basis of a form submission alone.
4. Legal bases for processing
Where the EU or UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:
- Legitimate interests — responding to business inquiries directed to us, securing our Site, and maintaining business records. We consider these interests balanced against your rights, given that the data involved is business contact information you chose to send us.
- Consent — where you voluntarily include additional information in your message.
- Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by law.
5. How we share information
We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We use Cloudflare, Inc. for website hosting, DNS, email routing, and bot protection, and Resend for transactional email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf and under contract.
- Professional advisors. Our legal, accounting, and insurance advisors, where relevant to a matter they are handling for us.
- Legal requirements. Where we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, regulation, subpoena, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as a business asset, subject to this policy.
6. Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies. We do not operate a Google Analytics property, advertising pixel, or social media tracker on this Site.
The only browser storage in use comes from Cloudflare's security and bot-protection services, which are necessary for the Site to function safely. Because we set no optional or non-essential cookies, we do not display a cookie consent banner.
Some browsers transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting these signals, and because we do not track visitors across sites, we do not respond to them differently.
7. How long we keep information
We retain inquiry submissions for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the inquiry, and thereafter for our business records — generally up to twenty-four (24) months from the last substantive communication, unless a longer period is required for legal, regulatory, or contractual reasons, or unless the inquiry leads to an ongoing commercial relationship.

8. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS, and inquiry submissions are transmitted in encrypted form. Access to inquiry data is limited to Labigenix personnel and advisors who need it to respond. API credentials are stored as encrypted secrets and are not present in the Site's public code.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security, and you send information to us at your own risk.
9. International data transfers
Labigenix is based in the United States, and our service providers process data in the United States and other countries. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses in our agreements with providers.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding personal information we hold about you:
- Access — request a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Correction — ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Deletion — ask us to delete information, subject to legal retention requirements.
- Objection or restriction — object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing.
- Portability — receive information you provided in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, withdraw it at any time.
- Non-discrimination — we will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email info@labigenix.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
California residents. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. The categories of personal information we collect are identifiers and professional or employment-related information, as described in Section 2.
11. Children's privacy
The Site is directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Medical information and adverse events
Do not use this Site to report a medical problem or an adverse drug event. This Site is not monitored for pharmacovigilance purposes and is not a channel for patient safety reporting. If you are a healthcare professional or patient reporting a suspected adverse event or product quality complaint, contact the marketing authorization holder named on the product labeling, or report to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration through MedWatch.
If you require emergency medical assistance, call 911 or your local emergency number.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our practices or legal obligations change. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described in a notice on this page. Your continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
